摘　　要：具备熟练的专业技能和较高实践能力的毕业生是市场经济体制下企业用人的核心指标,实施"转型发展,产教融合",积极探索"产学研用"校企合作新机制。依据"社会需求+个性需求"制订人才培养方案,并以"按需培养+特色教育"的培养模式实现工程技术应用型人才的培养。Graduates with skilled professional skills and higher practical ability are the core indicators of enterprise personnel in the market economy system. The implementation of ＂transformation and development,integration of production and teaching＂,and actively explore the ＂school research cooperation＂ new mechanism of school enterprise cooperation. According to ＂social demand ＋ individual demand＂,the talent training program is formulated,and the training mode of ＂on demand training ＋ characteristic education＂ is applied to realize the training of engineering and applied talents.
