精细化教学管理视域下的高校二级学院教学质量保障体系建设

摘　　要：高等教育改革的不断深入对高校教学质量的要求越来越高,高校提高教学质量,走内涵式发展道路成为必然。目前多数高校都建立了学校层面的教学质量保障体系,对推动教学质量的提高起到了重要的作用。但是,作为高校教学活动具体实施单位的二级学院在教学质量保障体系构建中却存在不少的问题。因此,探讨二级学院教学质量保障体系建设具有现实必要性。本文从精细化教学管理的角度就高校二级学院教学质量保障体系建设进行简要的论述。The development of reforming in higher education results in more and more requirements for teaching quality in colleges and universities. This makes it a necessity for them to increase it and develop in an interior path.Nowadays,most colleges and universities have already built guarantee systems at university level,which are playing an important role in improving teaching quality. However,many drawbacks remain in the subsidiary schools and faculties which are considered as the units for implement of detailed teachings. Thereafter,it＇s actually necessary to explore the construction of quality guarantee system for teaching at school and faculty level. This paper briefly discusses this topic from a viewpoint of fine teaching management.
