摘　　要：本文从学生、用人单位、学校三方面提出开展大学生职业生涯规划教育的意义,从职业生涯规划的定义出发,总结出大学生职业生涯规划教育的内容体系,以此找出目前大连交通大学交通工程专业在职业生涯规划教育中存在的问题,提出改善措施。This article from the students,the employer,the school three aspects to carry out occupation career planning education for college students,starting from the definition of occupation career planning,summed up the content system of the occupation career planning education for college students,in order to find out the existing in the occupation career planning education in Dalian Jiaotong University traffic engineering problems,put forward the improvement measures.
