摘　　要：儿科实习医师在生产实习中普遍存在自信心不足的情况,对临床实践教学造成不良影响。我们从实习生、患儿家长及老师等方面分析儿科实习医师自信心下降的原因,分享主要措施和经验体会,希望对儿科实习医师自信心的提高起到促进作用。In the clinical practice,widespread lack of confidences in pediatrics interns result in the adverse impact on clinical practice teaching. We analyze the causes of insufficient self-confidence in pediatrics interns from the aspects of interns,sick children parents and clinical teacher,and share the measures and experiences of solving these dilemmas. We do also hope that our experiences could play important roles in promoting pediatrics interns＇ self-confidence.
