基于校企合作共容利益机制的案例库与专利库建设研究

摘　　要：充分发挥企业产学研基地的作用,为案例库建设提供工程素材,在课程规范化建设的基础上高校就可以形成比较完整的案例库体系。从工程案例中挖掘创新点,形成专业模块化专利库,与企业寻求对接,专利就能实现应用转化。专利库与案例库的有机结合,可以形成知识创新型案例库,为高等教育的教学活动注入新的活力。校企间形成的这种双赢模式,将有效促进两者深度合作。After the enterprise′s role of production education ＆research base is played fully and the source material of en-gineering is provided for case library construction the entire system of case library can be formed in universities on the basis ofcourse standardization construction. Innovation points are discovered in engineering cases and professional modularization of pa-tent library is formed and connected with enterprise then the application and transformation of patents will be realized. With theorganic combination of case library and patent library the case library of knowledge innovation may be formed which injectsnew vitality to the teaching activities of higher education. In brief the above-mentioned ＂win-win＂ mode of school and enterprisecan promote their deep integration of cooperation effectively.
