摘　　要：目的:应用Delta4三维剂量验证系统验证234例宫颈癌固定射野调强放射治疗计划,分析验证结果及其影响因素。方法:应用Delta4三维剂量验证系统对医科达Oncentra治疗计划系统设计并实际治疗的234例宫颈癌患者固定射野调强放射治疗计划进行验证,使用3 mm/3%的评判标准,分析计划γ通过率及其中单个射野的γ通过率,并分析通过率低的计划及射野的影响因素。结果:宫颈癌计划通过率低于95%射野集中在120°~140°和220°~240°。结论:对比分析射野角度归零验证结果和实际射野角度验证结果,发现部分实际角度通过率低的射野是由于治疗床的剂量衰减作用的影响;加速器多叶准直器移动精度和激光灯精度可能会影响验证结果。Objective To verify the intensity modulated radiation therapy （IMRT） of fixed field for 234 patients with cervical cancer by using Delta4 three dimensional dose verification system, and then to analyze the verification results and influence factors. Methods： Through used Delta4 3D dose verification system to verify the IMRT plan, that was designed and implemented by Oncentra therapy plan system, of fixed field of 234 patients with cervical cancer. The parameter of 3mm / 3% was used as criteria to analyze the γ passing rate of plan and the γ passing rate of single field. And then to analyze the plans of lower passing rate and their influence factors based on above results. Results： The angles of the fields which passing rate of Gamma analysis was lower than 95% concentrated on 120°-140°and 220°-240°in cervical cancer plans. Conclusion： Through the comparative analysis between two verification results of zero angle field and actual field angle, a part of fields with lower passing rate at actual angle are affected by the dosage attenuation of treatment couch. Besides, the movement accuracies of multi-leaf collimator （MLC） of accelerator and accuracy of laser light might affect the verification results.
