摘  要:目的:评价MRI读出方向上的分段扩散成像技术(RESOLVE)弥散加权成像(DWI)序列在颅脑占位病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取20例颅脑病变患者,采用3.0 T超导MRI仪,扫描序列为单次激发回波平面成像(ss-EPI)DWI及RESOLVE DWI,回顾性分析20例患者MRI所提示颅脑占位的图像,评价两种扫描序列的DWI图像,并进行图像综合评分。测量两种扫描序列的图像信噪比、畸变部分面积及病灶区域表观弥散系数(ADC)值作为客观图像评价标准,并比较两种扫描序列的图像综合评分、信噪比、畸变部分面积及ADC值的差异。结果:RESOLVE DWI序列评分显著高于ss-EPI DWI序列,信噪比显著增加,图像畸变面积显著减小,两种扫描序列之间ADC值无显著差异。结论:RESOLVE DWI序列可明显提高图像质量,清晰显示颅脑占位病变而不改变ADC值,有利于颅脑占位病变的诊断。Objective To evaluate the application value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)of readout segmented of long variable echo (RESOLVE) on the direction of MRI in the diagnosis of space occupying lesion in brain. Methods: 20 patients with lesions in brain were included. 3.0Tesia superconductivity MRI scanner was applied, and the scanning sequences included of single shot-echo planar imaging (ss-EPI) DWI and RESOLVE DWI. A retrospective research was applied to analyze images that displayed space occupying lesion in brain of 20 patients. And the DWI images of two kinds scanning sequence were evaluated, and these images were comprehensively evaluated. And the signal noise ratio (SNR), area of distortion and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of two scanning sequences were used as objective evaluation standard. And then, the differences of comprehensive score, SNR, area of distortion and value of ADC between two scanning sequences were compared. Results: The comprehensive score of RESOLVE DWI was significantly higher than that of ss-EPI DWI, and the SNR of RESOLVE DWI was significantly increased, at the same time, the area of image distortion of RESOLVE DWI was significantly narrowed. While the difference of ADC between the two scanning sequences was no significantly. Conclusion: RESOLVE DWI can significantly enhance the image quality, and clearly display the space occupying lesion in brain while don't change the ADC value. Therefore, it is benefit for the diagnosis of space occupying lesion in brain.
