摘  要:熟练掌握教学技能是一名教师必备的专业素养和基本职业技能,对学生实现向教师的转换起着重要作用。本文从高师院校英语专业学生教学技能和培养模式所存在的问题出发,试图提出更具针对性、系统性和综合性的多元化培养模式,旨在适应新课改对未来英语教师的需要,为学生将来的就业打下更为坚实的基础。Proficiency in teaching skills is a basic professional skill and professional quality for teachers, which also plays an importantrole in the conversion from students to teachers. This paper, starting from the problems existing in English majors' teaching skills andtraining mode in normal universities, attempts to put forward a more targeted, systematic and comprehensive diversified training model tomeet the requirement of New Curriculum Reform for English teachers and to facilitate the future employment for English majors.
