摘　　要：低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤是一种罕见的妇科恶性肿瘤,临床表现与一般妇科疾病相似,无特异性,因此,术前诊断困难,容易误诊或漏诊。目前最佳的治疗方式仍存在争议,本文主要就低级别子宫内膜间质肉瘤的治疗进展作一综述。Endometrial stromal sarcoma （ ESS ） is a rare gynecologic malignancy, clinical symptoms of endometrial stromal tumours were similar to those of general gynecological diseases and often lack the specificity. Therefore, the preoperative diagnosis is difficult. The rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis are very high, At present, the best treatment is still controversial. This article reviews the progress in the treatment of low - grade endometrial stromal sar-coma.
