摘　　要：目的:探讨CTOP方案治疗恶性淋巴瘤的效果。方法:收治恶性淋巴瘤患者44例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各22例。对照组给予保守治疗,观察组给予CTOP方案治疗。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CTOP方案是治疗恶性淋巴瘤的有效方案,能够快速控制病情,且在治疗后患者不良反应相对轻微。Objective：To explore the effect of CTOP regimen in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.Methods：44 cases of malignant lymphoma were treated,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 22 cases in each group.The control group were given conservative treatment,and the observation group were given CTOP regimen.Results：The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：CTOP scheme is an effective treatment for malignant lymphoma.It can control the disease quickly and the adverse reaction is relatively mild after the treatment.
