摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融手术治疗上颌窦内翻乳头状瘤的效果。方法:收治上颌窦内翻乳头状瘤患者4例,采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融手术治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:患者治疗效果良好,无复发。结论:鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融手术治疗上颌窦内翻乳头状瘤的效果显著。Objective：To explore the effect of endoscopic low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus.Methods：4 patients with inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus were selected,and they were treated with endoscopic low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.We observed the treatment effect.Results：The treatment effect was good,and there was no recurrence.Conclusion：The effect of endoscopic low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of inverted papilloma of the maxillary sinus was significant.
