摘　　要：目的:探讨左乙拉西坦单药在小儿癫痫治疗中的安全性及可行性。方法:收治小儿癫痫患儿70例,采用左乙拉西坦单药治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:70例患儿治疗后总有效率为91.43%,不良反应发生率为8.57%。治疗后家长满意度评分明显高于治疗前。结论:左乙拉西坦单药在小儿癫痫治疗中的效果显著,安全性较高,不良反应较少,可行性极高,可作为小儿癫痫患儿常用治疗药物。Objective:To explore the safety and feasibility of levetiracetam in the treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods:70 cases of children with epilepsy were chosen,and they were treated with levetiracetam,we observed the treatment effect.Results:The total effective rate was 91.43%,and the incidence of adverse reaction was 8.57%.After treatment,the parents' satisfaction score was significantly higher than before the treatment.Conclusion:The effect of levetiracetam in the treatment of children with epilepsy was significant,the safety was high,the adverse reaction was less,the feasibility was very high,it can be used as a common therapeutic drug for children with epilepsy.
