摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内镜下切除原发后组筛窦内翻乳头状瘤的效果。方法:收治经鼻内镜手术治疗的原发后组筛窦内翻性乳头状瘤患者2例,对治疗效果进行记录观察。结果:患者术后每周复查1次,均未见复发。结论:对原发后组筛窦内翻乳头状瘤采用鼻内镜下切除效果显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic resection of primary posterior ethmoid sinus papilloma.Methods:2 patients with inverted papilloma of the ethmoid sinus were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery were selected,we recorded and observed the effect of treatment.Results:The patients were reexamined 1 time a week after operation,and no recurrence was found.Conclusion:The effect of endoscopic resection of inverted papilloma in the primary group of ethmoid sinus is significant.
