体外诊断实验D-Dimer在肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨体外诊断实验D-Dimer在肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值。方法:收治肿瘤患者593例,均接受D-Dimer检测,比较检测结果。结果:呼吸系统组、消化系统组的D-Dimer水平均高于生殖系统组与骨肿瘤组(P<0.01),消化系统组与呼吸系统组D-Dimer水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性组与女性组的D-Dimer水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验表明,D-Dimer在手术前大部分保持在正常水平,手术后D-Dimer变化趋势明显升高,5~6 d达到高峰。随着患者病情逐渐康复,D-Dimer逐渐趋于正常。结论:体外诊断实验D-Dimer在肿瘤手术治疗中的应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the application value of in vitro diagnostic experiment D-Dimer in the surgical treatment of tumor.Methods:593 cases of tumor patients were selected and they all received D-Dimer tests,we compared the results.Results:The levels of D-Dimer in the respiratory system group and the digestive system group were higher than those of the reproductive system group and the bone tumor group(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in the D-Dimer level between the digestive system group and the respiratory system group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the D-Dimer level between the male group and the female group(P>0.05).The experiment showed that most of the D-Dimer was maintained at normal level before operation,and the D-Dimer increased significantly after the operation,and it reached the peak at 5 to 6 days.As the condition gradually recovered,D-Dimer gradually became normal.Conclusion:The application value of in vitro diagnostic experiment D-Dimer in the surgical treatment of tumor was high.
