摘  要:目的:筛查滇南少数民族地区精神科住院患者营养风险的发生情况。方法:采用营养风险筛查2002方法,对1 492例次精神科住院患者进行营养风险筛查,对比各组间营养风险发生率的差异。结果:精神科住院患者总营养风险发生率为9.9%,神经症与其他精神科疾病营养风险发生率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:滇南少数民族地区精神病住院患者营养风险发生率低,神经症与其他精神科疾病营养风险发生率比较有显著性差异。Objective:Screening on the nutritional risk of hospitalized psychiatric patients of Yunnan minority area.Methods:A nutritional risk screening 2002 method was used to screen nutritional risk in 1492 psychiatric inpatients,and to compare the incidence of nutritional risk among different groups.Results:The incidence of total nutritional risk in psychiatric inpatients was9.9%,there was a significant difference in the incidence of nutritional risk between neurosis and other psychiatric diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of nutritional risk in hospitalized psychiatric patients of Yunnan minority area was lower than in patients with neurosis and other mental diseases,and the difference was statistically significant.
