本土管理研究的传统文化和情境视角及其发展路径

摘　　要：当前本土管理研究仍面临理论基础、科学范式、方法论等方面的挑战,为此,从本土管理研究的内涵及特性出发,分析了本土管理研究中的两个视角(传统文化视角和情境视角),并对其发展阶段、特征等加以解读和对比,探讨不同视角的研究之间存在的问题。建议未来进行本土管理研究应秉持不同视角"相辅相成、合力攻关"的理念,共同实现"部分特色、整体普适"的本土管理研究新境界。Currently, both the academics and the practitioners call for indigenous research under Chinese context, while the indigenous management research still faces challenges including theoretical basis, scientific paradigm and methodology. The key to break the rocks is how to develop the indige- nous management research in a better way. This paper tries to answer the question ＂How to conduct the indigenous research in depth？＂. From the connotation and characteristics, this paper discusses the problems through two perspectives-- traditional culture and contextualization, and propose the access of ＂Complement each other and work together＂, ＂Part of Featured and General Universality＂, in order to help the development of indigenous management research.
