摘　　要：环保在近年来受到我国政府和广大普通人民群众的广泛关注,对环保行业的发展有着非常重要的推动作用。随着我国政府加大对环保方面的重视,对环保相关的投资也在逐年增加。然而,环保行业中的相关企事业单位在一些金融渠道上还存在诸多的不足与缺陷,为实现我国环保行业的更好发展,论文从预算管理与融资两方面提出一些建议,期望对我国环保行业发展起到促进作用。In recent years, environmental protection has been widely concerned by Chinese government and the broad masses of ordinary people, which has played an important role in promoting the development of the environmental protection industry. With the government of our country paying more emphasis on environmental protection, investment in environmental protection is increasing year by year. However, the relevant enterprises and institutions in the environmental protection industry still have many deficiencies and shortcomings in some financial channels. In order to achieve a better development of China's environmental protection industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions on budget management and financing, hoping to promote the development of our environmental protection industry.
