摘　　要：网络型组织结构是当前流行的一种新的组织形式,由若干个相互依赖、相互关联的小组织构成,依靠其他组织以合同为基础进行生产、分销、营销或其他关键业务的组织结构。其使得管理结构更加灵活多变,更好地解决问题。The network organization structure is a new form of organizatio, which is currently popular, it is constructed by a number of interdependent and interrelated small organizations, it relies on other organizations, and through the contract form to do production, distribution,marketing or other key business. It makes the management structure much more flexible, and solve problems smoothly.
