摘 要:为了降低WSN入侵检测过程中的能量成本消耗,提高入侵检测的准确率,提出一种基于成本敏感遗传算法的WSN入侵检测方法。阐述了WSN入侵检测中的成本敏感思想,将每一个无线传感器入侵检测的准确率、入侵检测消耗时间和相对应的成本总值作为基础,并利用成本敏感遗传算法构建WSN入侵检测的优化模型,在此基础上进行遗传操作,用于解决WSN入侵检测过程中对各传感器检测的持续时间、检测准确率和检测消耗的能量成本的优化配置问题,从而为WSN入侵检测中的能量成本控制提供准确的依据。仿真实验结果表明,利用改进算法进行WSN入侵检测,能够减少入侵检测时的能量成本,同时提高检测的准确率,效果令人满意。In order to reduce the cost of energy consumption and improve the accuracy of WSN intrusion detection,a WSN intrusion detection method based on cost sensitive genetic algorithm is proposed. The cost sensitive thought in WSN intrusion detection is elaborated. According to the accuracy rate and time consumption of WSN intrusion detection,and total cost corresponding to time consumption,the cost sensitive genetic algorithm is used to construct the optimization model of WSN intrusion detection. On this basis,the genetic operation is performed to realize the optimal allocation of detection duration time,detection accuracy and detection energy cost of each sensor in WSN intrusion detection process,so as to provide the accurate basis for energy cost control in WSN intrusion detection process. The simulation experimental results show that the improved algorithm can reduce the energy cost of intrusion detection and improve the detection accuracy for WSN intrusion detection,and has satisfied effect.
