摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,社会对儿童口腔健康认识的深入,对儿童口腔医生的需求也迅速提高。到知名专科院校进修学习是基层儿童口腔医生或全科医生的重要继续教育方式。如何优化儿童口腔科继续教育医生的培养模式是目前面临的挑战。通过制定严谨的个性化教学方案,设置合理的教学内容,进行系统的临床实际操作培训,规范临床诊治技术及操作,可为基层和地方的综合医院或口腔专科医院培养更多合格的儿童口腔医师,使进修医生能够迅速独立开展儿童口腔常见病和多发病的诊疗工作,促进当地的儿童口腔健康管理。As the booming development of the society and the acknowledges of oral health in people, the demand of the pediatric dentists increased dramatically. It＇s an effective approach for the general dentist and local pediatric dentists to go to the colleges of stomatology to get advanced training. It also brings a challenge in the innovation and development of the training model of continuing medical education program for the departments of pediatric dentistry in colleges. Some measures should be concerned in order to improve the quality of the continuing education. It could be achieved through making strict and personalized training plans, setting out reasonable teaching contents, strengthening systematically clinical practices, and standardizing the operation skills. However, the concept of holistic medical opinions should be valued, and the health concept of paying equal emphasis on prevention and treatment should be established. After that, the continuing educational trainees could deal with the common and frequent diseases in pediatric dentistry, and facilitate local oral health management in children.
