摘  要:心血管疾病超声诊断专业性较强,对心血管的各个超声切面及血流动力学理解起来比较抽象,往往入门较难。而临床上对心血管疾病,尤其是先天性心脏病的诊断主要依靠超声心动图。基于上述特点,传统的讲述型教学方式对临床见习的八年制医学生教学效果并不理想。随着教育环境的改善,将多媒体与问题式学习(Problem-based Learning,PBL)教学结合起来,应用于八年制医学生心血管疾病超声诊断见习,可以主动调动学生的思考能力,更加生动直观的加深学生对心脏超声切面的认知。结合临床诊断学,八年制学生可以获取清晰的心血管疾病诊断思路,从而达到良好的教学效果。Ultrasonic diagnosis of cardiovascular disease (CVD) is highly professional. The understanding on each ultrasonic section and hemodynamics is difficult. Nevertheless, the clinical diagnosis of CVD, especially congenital heart disease (CHD) is mainly relying on ultrasonic cardiogram. For these reasons, the traditional lecture teaching effect is unsatisfactory to the 8-year medical students under internships. With the improvement of educational environment, the combination of multimedia and PBL teaching and its application on the CVD ultrasonic diagnostic internships of 8-year medical students can positively stimulate these students’ thinking ability and more vividly and explicitly deepen their cognition on cardiac ultrasonic sections. Combining with clinical diagnostics, the 8-year medical students can achieve clear CVD diagnostic thinking, hereby an excellent teaching effect is obtained.
