三级护理查房对提升康复专科护理技能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析在康复专科中实施三级护理查房对其护理人员技能的提升效果。方法我科从2016年1月开始实施康复专科的三级护理查房,将实施前一年2015年1—12月视作对照组,将实施后1年2016年1—12月视作观察组,对比三级护理查房实施前一年以及实施后一年护理人员技能水平。结果实施三级护理查房后护理人员理论知识、综合能力考核结果均高于实施前。结论在康复专科中实施三级护理查房有助于提升护理人员技能,进一步提升临床护理质量。Objective To analyze the effect of implementing the three level nursing rounds in the rehabilitation specialist to improve the skills of their nursing staff. Methods Our department began to carry out the three level nursing ward round in January 2016, from January to December 2015 regarded as the control group, from January to December 2016 regarded as the observation group. A year before the implementation of the three level nursing rounds and the skill level of the nursing staff after one year after implementation. Results After the implementation of the three level nursing rounds, the results of the theoretical knowledge and comprehensive ability assessment of the nursing staff were all higher than before the implementation. Conclusion The implementation of the three level nursing rounds in the rehabilitation specialist will help to improve the skills of the nursing staff and further improve the quality of clinical nursing.
