摘　　要：作为"股权+债权"的融资方式创新,科技创新企业投贷联动业务有利于构建更为完善的科技金融服务体系。概述国内银行机构开展科技创新企业投贷联动业务的主要进展与运作模式,基于对广东部分银行机构的问卷调查结果,分析当前我国科技创新企业投贷联动业务开展过程中面临的问题,在此基础上提出相关对策建议,包括营造有利于推进投贷联动业务的政策环境、建立更为有效的投贷联动业务合作机制、健全投贷联动业务风险防范体系、改善投贷联动业务的配套服务。The paper summarizes the operation mode and main progress of technological innovation enterprises＇Venture Loan, and analysis the major facing problems on the Venture Loan based on the questionnaire survey ofsome banks in Guangdong. In order to promote the Venture Loan, this paper puts forward to some countermeasures,including creating an enabling policy environment to facilitate Venture Loan, establishing cooperation mechanismbetween the banks and equity investment institutions, improving the risk prevention system on the Venture Loan andimprove local government＇s supporting services of Venture Loan.
