摘  要:为解决现有奖励方式引起的对组织内排名的恶性竞争,促进科研组织团队合作,提升科研水平和核心竞争力,提出基于贡献度的奖励模型。根据科研组织的工作特点,将相关工作分为科研类和生产类,分别以不同的方式测算两类工作对组织的贡献度,据此测算奖励额度;在此基础上,建立上下一致的绩效奖励管理规则,使得科研团队和成员获得的奖励额度取决于其对组织的贡献,从而有利于同时实现组织利益、团队利益和个人利益。It is necessary to reward scientific research team and members, in order to promote teamwork and qualityof research. In the case of a certain wages and reward, a reward model for team and members is constructed oncontribution to team, for fear of vicious competition from unreasonable performance reward system. The work inscientific research organization is divided into two types, namely research type and production type. The contributionand reward amount is calculated in two ways corresponding to the two types. Moreover, a kind of performance rewardmanagement rule is proposed, which is equal between superior and subordinate department. Based on that, a set ofperformance-based reward management rules is established so that the award amount of team and members depends onhis or her contribution to the organization, thus to benefit organizational interest, team interest and personal interest.
