摘　　要：马克思主义之所以能够中国化,有其深刻的文化动因。在世界联系越来越密切、东西方交往愈加深入的背景下,马克思主义与中华民族文化之间展开了互动。进而,马克思主义与中华民族文化实现了有机融合。通过互动,历经融合,马克思主义与中华民族文化之间不断升华,最终实现了创新,形成了新民主主义文化和中国特色社会主义文化这两大文化创新成果。There is profound cultural motivation behind the Sinicization of Marxism. In the context of closer and closer ties in the world and deeper and deeper contacts between the East and the west, an interaction between Marxism and the Chinese national culture happened. Then in the process of interaction, an organic integration came about. With the constant deepening of interaction and integration, the innovation finally took place, forming two new cultural achievements of new democratic culture and the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
