摘　　要：目的:探讨液基薄层细胞检测(thinprep cytologic test,TCT)联合人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)E6/E7 m RNA定量检测在宫颈非典型鳞状细胞(atypical squamous cells,ASC)病例中的诊断价值。方法:对62例ASC病例行HPV E6/E7 m RNA定量检测,同时进行阴道镜检查及宫颈组织活检,以病理结果为标准,分析该方法检测的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值以及阴性预测值。结果:HPV E6/E7 m RNA定量检测的灵敏度为54.5%,特异度为85.0%,阳性预测值为0.67,阴性预测值为0.77,ROC曲线下面积为0.72。结论:以TCT诊断为基础,HPV E6/E7 m RNA定量检测可以有效提高患者宫颈高级别病变的检出率,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of thinprep cytologic test （TCT） combined with human papilloma virus （HPV） E6/E- 7mRNA detection in the treatment of atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance（ ASC - US）. Methods：62 cases of ASC were given I-IPV E6/E7mRNA quantitative detection and at the same time, the colposcopy and biopsy of cervical tissue were performed. Based on the results of pathological biopsy as the gold standard, the sensitivity, specific degree, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value in HPV E6/E- 7mRNA quantitative detection were analyzed. Results：The sensitivity of HPV E6/E7mRNA quantitative detection was 54.5 %, the specificity was 85.0 %, the positive predictive value was 0.67, and the negative predictive value was 0.77. The area under the receiver operating characteristic （ROC） curve was 0.72. Conclusion：TCT combined with HPV E6/E7mRNA detection has high detection rate in the diagnosis of cervical ad- vanced lesions, which is worthy of widely application.
