长链非编码RNA RP11-87C12.5在急性淋巴细胞白血病中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨长链非编码RNA RP11-87C12.5在急性淋巴白血病(ALL)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用实时定量荧光PCR方法检测lncRNA RP11-87C12.5在17例对照组、33例初治ALL组和26例化疗后完全缓解(CR)ALL组骨髓细胞的表达水平。同时收集初治组的临床资料,分析其临床意义。结果:与对照组相比,lncRNA RP11-87C12.5在初治ALL组中高表达(P=0.021)。与初治ALL组相比,其在化疗后达CR的ALL组中低表达(P=0.039)。在初治ALL组中,lncRNA RP11-87C12.5表达与患者年龄、性别、T或B类型、初诊时白细胞计数、血红蛋白水平、血小板计数、乳酸脱氢酶水平、骨髓原始细胞比例、BCR/ABL融合基因表达、染色体核型、WT1基因、是否髓外浸润、1个疗程化疗是否缓解、是否复发均无相关性。在27例B-ALL中,与c CD79a高表达组对比,lncRNA RP11-87C12.5在cCD79a低表达组中明显高表达(P=0.004),与其他免疫分型无相关性。结论:lncRNA RP11-87C12.5在初治ALL组中高表达,在化疗后完全缓解ALL组中低表达。在B-ALL中lncRNA RP11-87C12.5在c CD79a低表达组中明显高表达。在初治ALL组中,lncRNA RP11-87C12.5高表达组的缓解率和复发率均高于低表达组,但差异无统计学意义。Objective： To investigate the expression of long-chain non-coding RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 in acute lymphocytic leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods： Lnc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression was detected by RTPCR in bone marrowsamples from 17 control group,33 newly diagnosed ALL patients and 26 complete remission ALL patients after chemotherapy,at the same time the clinical data were collected and the clinical significance of Inc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression was analyzed. Results： Compared with control group,lncRNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression increased in newly diagnosed ALL group（ P = 0. 021）; compared with newly diagnosed ALL group,Inc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression decreased in complete remission ALL group（ P = 0. 039）. lncRNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression in newly diagnosed ALL group did not relate with sex,age,T or B type,WBC count,Hb level,Plt count,LDH level,bone marrowblast ratio, BCR/ABL fusion gene expression, chomosome karyotypes, WT1 gene, extrameanllary infiltration or no,complete remission or no after one chemotherapy and relapse or no. In 27 cases of ALL,Inc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression significantly increased in cCD79 a lowexpression group, compared with cCD79 a high expression group（ P = 0. 004）. Inc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 expression did not relate with other CD molecules of immunoclassification. Conclusion： The expression of Lnc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 is high in newly diagnosed ALL group and lowin complete remission ALL group. In B-ALL,the expression of Inc RNA RP11-87 C12. 5 significantly enhances in cCD79 a lowexpression group. In newly diagnosed ALL group,compared with lowexpression group,lncRNA RP11-87 C12. 5 high expression group have higer remission rate and relapse rate,but the difference was not statistically significant.
