摘　　要：介绍了应用Deform3D软件对啮合套成形过程的仿真模拟,有针对性的优化模具的设计,使锻件满足使用要求。实践证明,Deform3D技术的应用对优化锻件结构及模具设计具有较好的效果。The forming simulation of shift sleeve with Deform3D is introduced. With optimization design for the die, the product meets requirements of a batch production. As is proved by practices, the application of Deform3D has a good effect on optimization product structure and die design.
