摘  要:本文以自我决定理论为基础,检验学生自主心理需要、内部动机对学生感知教师自主支持与学业成绩之间关系的中介作用。通过修订的学生感知自主支持量表、自主心理需要分量表以及自编的内部动机量表对中学学生进行调查,研究结果显示:学生的学业成绩、学生感知教师自主支持、自主心理需要以及内部动机之间呈显著的正相关关系;自主心理需要、内部动机在学生感知教师自主支持和学业成绩的关系中具有独立中介作用;自主心理需要、内部动机在学生感知教师自主支持和学业成绩的关系中具有链式中介作用;自主心理需要和内部动机的独立中介作用在不同学科的影响作用有所差异,与数学学科相比,语文学科中自主心理需要和内部动机多重中介作用的影响效应更强。Based on self-determination theory,this study investigated the mediating role of students' satisfaction of autonomy needs and intrinsic motivation on the relationship between perceived teacher's autonomy support and students' achievements. Modified Perceived Teacher's Support Scale,Autonomy Psychological Need Scale,and Intrinsic Motivation Questionnaire were administered to students. The following conclusions were discovered:( 1) perceived teacher's autonomy support,satisfaction of autonomy need,and intrinsic motivation were positively associated with students' achievements in both Chinese and math;( 2) satisfaction of autonomy need and intrinsic motivation played the mediating roles separately in the relationship between perceived teacher's autonomy support and students' achievement;( 3) the chain mediating effect of satisfaction of autonomy need and intrinsic motivation was also found in that relationship,but was stronger in reading than in math.
