摘 要:炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种特发性肠道炎性疾病,常需多次影像学检查以评价疾病其活动性及并发症等。近年磁共振小肠成像(MRE)和扩散加权成像(DWI)在检测和描述肠道病变中的价值越来越突显,成为年轻病人及肾功能不全病人首选检查模式。其表观扩散系数(ADC)可作为定量评价炎症性肠病活动性及严重程度的重要指标。本文综述MRE和DWI在检测、描述IBD、定量评价疾病活动及并发症中的价值。Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an idiopathic intestinal inflammatory disease. Patients with IBD were commonly needed repeatedly imaging to assess disease activity and complications. Recently, MR enterography(MRE) and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) have played increasingly prominent role in detecting and characterizing intestinal lesions and become a first-line ima- ging modality especially for the young and patients with renal insufficiency. The apparent diffu- sion coefficient (ADC) can be used as an important index for quantitative evaluation of the activi- ty and severity of inflammatory bowel disease. The review aims to summarize the value of MRE and DWI in the detection, characterization and quantitative evaluation of disease activity and com plications.
