摘 要:结合供应链质量管理和供应链可视性管理探讨食品供应链质量风险控制措施,考虑多级食品供应链各级参与者对供应链质量和可视性的连续影响,在需求和能力等约束下,建立模糊环境下的供应链成本最小化、质量最大化和可视性最大化的模糊多目标规划模型。采用加权上下界法及改进的模拟退火算法,得到原料供应商和物流服务商的最优组合策略和订货分配方案。使用随机算例说明模型的有效性,并给出了相关管理启示。The approach to control quality risk in food supply chains was studied based on supply chain quality management and supply chain visibility management. It was highlighted the continuous impacts of supply chain members on the food quality and visibility along a multi- echelon food supply chain. A fuzzy multi-objectives programming with demand and capacity constrains was modeled by minimizing cost, maximizing supply chain quality and visibility. The weighted max-min operator and a refined simulated annealing algorithm were adopted to obtain the best portfolio of suppliers and logistics providers and the best distribution of orders. A random numerical example was taken to illustrate the applicability of the model and managerial implications were followed.
