医务人员信息源选择与图书馆应对策略探析

摘　　要：目的了解医学院校医务人员的信息资源利用情况。方法 2016年对大学附属医院的医务人员进行了问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷1 071份。调查结果表明,44.91%的读者将图书馆资源作为主要的信息资源,期刊数据库在图书馆各类资源中的利用率最高为45.47%,有44.63%的读者经常使用搜索引擎进行信息检索。结论图书馆在资源购置中应做好不同资源类型采购,提供一站式检索平台,做好新形势下图书馆服务策略的研究。Objective To study medical personnel＇s utilization of information resources in medical colleges.Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted in medical staff in the affiliated hospital of a medical university in 2016. Results 1 071 effective questionnaires were taken back. The survey results showed that 44. 91% of the medical staff mainly used the library resource as the main information resource,and the journal database accounted for the majority（ 45. 47%） among all the databases. In addition, 44. 63% of the respondents often used search engines for information retrieval. Conclusion Librarians should purchase different types of resources to provide one-stop retrieval platforms,and improve research on library service strategies under the new situation.
