摘 要:肌糖原含量是影响肉质的一个重要因素,而PRKAG3基因在糖原合成和代谢过程中起着重要的作用。为研究鸡PRKAG3基因表达量与肌糖原含量的相关性,研究以大围山微型鸡为研究对象,以艾维茵肉鸡作对照,检测肌肉组织中PRKAG3 mRNA表达量和肌糖原含量。结果显示:大围山微型鸡胸肌和腿肌中PRKAG3 mRNA表达量和肌糖原含量均高于艾维茵肉鸡,且PRKAG3 mRNA表达量与肌糖原含量呈正相关。结果表明,鸡肌肉中PRKAG3基因对糖原的积累具有促进作用,且大围山微型鸡和艾维茵肉鸡肌肉中肌糖原含量的差异可能是由于遗传基础不同导致。因此,PRKAG3基因可能是一个重要的影响肉品质的候选基因。Muscle glycogen content plays an important role on impacting the meat quality, and PRKAG3 gene plays an important role in the process of glycogen synthesis and metabolism. In order to study the correlation between PRKAG3 gene mRNA expression and muscle glycogen content in chicken, Daweishan mini chicken and Avian broiler were selected to detect PRKAG3 gene mRNA expression and muscle glycogen content in muscle tissue. The results showed that PRKAG3 gene mRNA expression and glycogen content in Daweishan mini chickens' muscle were higher than those in Avian broilers' muscle. And PRKAG3 gene mRNA expression was positively correlated with muscle glycogen content. It was obvious that PRKAG3 gene played an important role in regulating glycogen content in chickens, and the difference between the muscle glycogen content in Daweishan mini chicken and Avian broiler may be due to the different genetic basis. It's suggested that PRKAG3 gene could be selected as a candidate gene of meat quality.
