摘  要:为了满足伺服系统位移传感器安装空间小、测量范围大及高可靠性的需求,对串联双冗余高精度差动变压器式位移传感器的设计技术进行了研究;阐述了差动变压器式位移传感器的原理和结构,介绍了串联双冗余差动变压器式位移传感器抗电磁耦合干扰、结构加固以及专用变换电路的设计方法;为提高线性度,在有限的径向安装空间,设计阶梯式线圈绕制方法,通过试验找出了最佳绕线参数,使线性度达到0.1%以上,满足了系统的高精度和高可靠性要求。In order to meet the needs of servo system, i. e. small dimension, wide measurement range and high reliability, a dual redun dancy and high--precision linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) displacement sensor was designed. The principle and structure of the LVDT was illustrated. The design philosophy of LVDT which could resist the electromagnetic interference and had indurative structure was introduced. The appropriative displacement transforming circuit was also introduced. For the sake of improving linearity, a stepped coil winding way was proposed in the radial direction. The linearity is as high as 0.1% under the condition of the best coil winding parameter by experiment, which can make the system with high--precision and high reliability.
