《医方考》中黄芪配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的探讨《医方考》中黄芪的配伍规律,为临床正确使用黄芪提供理论依据。方法收集《医方考》中载有黄芪的方剂,对方剂中与黄芪配伍的药物进行功效分类,对每类药物的高频药物进行频次统计。结果《医方考》中记载有黄芪的方剂共41首,其中与黄芪配伍的药物类别前5位的是补益药、解表药、清热药、理气药、利水渗湿药。各类药物中与黄芪配伍频率最高的是甘草(28次),其次有人参(27次)、当归(25次)、白术(15次)等。当黄芪发挥不同功效时候也有相应的高频药物配伍。结论黄芪多与补益药、解表药、清热药、理气药、利水渗湿药配伍使用,在其发挥不同功效时应联合此功效下的特异性配伍用药。Objective To explore the compatibility rule of Huangqi [ Radix Astragali, 黄芪 i ] in Yifangkao （Investigations of Medical Formulas,医方考）, thus providing the theoretical basis for the use of Huangqi in clinical practice. Methods Huangqi containing formulas were collected from Yifangkao, and then the functions of the Chinese herbs compatible with Huangqi were classified, and the frequencies of high-frequency herbs in each category were calculated. Results There were a total of 41 formulas with Huangqi, and the top five high-frequency categories of herbs are 1 ） tonics, 2） exterior-releasing herbs, 3 ） heat-clearing herbs, 4） Qi-rectifying herbs, and 5 ） urination- promoting and dampness-percolating herbs. The herb of highest-frequency with Huangqi is Gancao [ Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma, 甘草] （28 times）, followed by Renshen [ Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma, 人参] （27 times）, Dang- gui [ Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归] （25 times）, Baizhu [ Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 白术] （15 times）, etc. Meanwhile, different herbs are used with Huangqi when it plays different effects. Conclusion Huangqi are always used with tonics, exterior-releasing herbs, heat-clearing herbs, Qi-rectifying herbs as well as urination- promoting and dampness-percolating herbs. When playing different effects, it should be combined with herbs with those specific characteristics.
