摘  要:以气压ABS控制器为对象设计了一种硬件在环试验台。该试验台硬件部分包括气压制动系统、dSPACE实时仿真系统、传感器和模拟驾驶台;软件部分包括车辆动力学模型、dSPACE实时软件RTI和试验软件ControlDesk、控制器算法。利用本硬件,环试验台可在各种仿真制动工况下与车辆模型进行实时通信、获取车辆制动控制反馈信息,快速验证ABS控制器的控制策略。应用结果表明,所设计的气压ABS硬件在环试验台仿真结果准确可靠,能大幅缩短ABS控制器样机开发周期,节省开发成本。In order to accelerate the development process of product prototype in automotive electronics field, a hardware-in-the-loop test bench for air ABS controller was presented in this paper. Hardware part of the test bench includes air brake system, dSPACE real-time simulation system, sensor and driving simulation platform. Software part of the test bench includes vehicle dynamics model, real-time software of RTI and test software ControlDesk, as well as control algorithm for the controller. On the basis of the hardware-in-the-loop test bench, real-time communication with the vehicle model under various braking conditions, as well as acquisition of feedback information during vehicle braking control can be implemented. The bench can be adopted for verifying the control strategy of ABS controller quickly. The application results have shown that test results got from the proposed hardware-in-the-loop test bench for pneumatic ABS controller prototype are accurate and correct, and it can shorten the development cycle and save development costs significantly.
