摘  要:实践性教学环节是高校创新性人才培养的重要途径。针对我校自动化专业学生创新型人才培养的现状,通过多种途径探索实践性教学环节教学内容和教学方法的深度改革,在新型的实践性教学环境中着重培养学生综合创新素养和创新能力。在具体实施过程中,尝试实训教学方法创新,提供专业性、针对性强的实训创新平台,充分发挥企业工程教学的作用,采取创新导师"一对一"的培养模式等一些培养具有综合素养的全面型创新人才的教学改革措施,收到了良好的效果。Practical teaching is an important way of innovative talents training of the university. In view of the present situation of innovative talents training of automation major students in our school, the deep reform of teaching content and methods of practical teaching is explored through a variety of ways. Students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability are trained in the new type of practical teaching environment. In the process of concrete implementation, the teaching reform measures of cultivating well-rounded innovative talents with comprehensive, quality are adopted, such as trying to innovate practical training method, providing professional and well-targeted training innovation platform, giving full play to the role of enterprise engineering teaching, taking innovation instructor "one to one" training mode. These measures have received good effects.
