摘　　要：以聊城职业技术学院护理学院10年来校外实践基地建设模式进行研究与实践为例,以产教融合为突破口,加强与高端医院的深度合作,健全协同育人体制机制,构建师资互用互培制度,协同开发专业教育资源、协同创新技术项目,搭建实习就业平台。实践表明,该校外实践基地可全面提高高素质技术技能护理人才培养质量,是高职院校实践教学体系重要组成部分,是提升学生专业知识、操作技能,培养学生职业素养,深化产教融合的重要平台。The paper focuses on research and practice on off-campus practice base construction mode of Nursing School of Liaocheng Vocational College over the past ten years. Starting with combination of production and education, deep cooperation with top-end hospitals shall be enhanced, system and mechanism of collaborative education shall be improved, system of mutual use and mutual cultivation of teachers shall be constructed, professional educational resources and innovative technology projects shall be collaboratively developed, platform for practice and employment shall be established. Full and efficient use of off-campus practice base can improve the technical skills and quality of nursing talents. Off-campus practice base is an important part of practical teaching system of higher vocational colleges.It is also an important platform for improving professional knowledge and operation skills of students, cultivating professional quality of students, as well as deepening combination of production and education.
