鼻咽癌组织CCR7和nm23基因表达临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的研究发现,趋化因子受体(CCR7)和nm23基因在促进肿瘤生长和转移方面发挥着重要作用。本研究探讨CCR7和nm23基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法随机选取广西壮族自治区南溪山医院肿瘤科2014-06-01-2016-06-30收治的96例非角化性癌初治NPC患者的病理标本作为实验组,相应癌旁组织作为对照组。应用免疫组化二步法检测鼻咽癌组织中CCR7和nm23基因表达水平。结果实验组鼻咽癌组织中CCR7阳性表达率为66.7%,对照组CCR7阳性表达率为15.6%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.001。实验组鼻咽癌组织中nm23基因阳性表达率为38.5%,对照组nm23基因阳性表达率为34.4%,差异无有统计学意义,P>0.05。CCR7表达与鼻咽癌患者N分期有关,nm23基因表达与鼻咽癌患者M分期有关,均P值<0.05。结论 CCR7和nm23基因表达分别与鼻咽癌淋巴结转移和远处转移发生有关,检测CCR7和nm23基因对推测鼻咽癌预后有重要意义。OBJECTIVE The study aimed to explore the expression status of chemokine receptor 7 （CCR7） and nm23 gone in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and its clinical significance. METHODS The biopsy specimen obtained lhrough nasopharyngeal endoscopy from 96 cases and its normal nasopharyngeal tissues adjacent to the caneer had been collected at diagnosis. Two step immunohistochemical, assay were conducted with monoclonal antibohy in these specimens to evaluate the expression of CCR7 and nm23 genes. RESULTS The positive expression rate of CCR7 in NPC was significantly higher than that in normal nasopharyngeal tissues adjacent to the cancer（66.7% vs 15. 6%, P〈0.01 ） and signifi cant correlation in N staging of NPC patients（P〈0.05）. The positive expression rate of nm23 gene in NPC was not sig nificantly than that in normal nasopharyngeal tissues adjacent to the cancer（38.5% vs 34.4%,P〉0.05）, hut signifieant correlation in M staging of NPC patients（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The abnormal expression of CCR7 and nm23 gent in NPC are significant correlation in N staging and M staging respectively, CCR7 and nm23 gene play important roles in the prognosis evaluation of NPC patients.
