摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议对于跨境电商行业来说是一个巨大的历史契机，也对培养跨境电商人才提出了新的要求。本文从跨境电商行业发展前景出发，探析跨境电商人才培养需求，并提出高职院校跨境电商人才培养措施。＂The belt and road＂ proposal is a great historical opportunity for cross-border electronic commerce industry, putting forward new requirements for the cultivation of cross-border electronic commerce talents as well. Starting from the development prospects of cross-border electronic commerce industry, this paper analyzed the demand for talent training of cross-border electronic commerce, and proposing measures for talent training of cross-border electronic commerce in higher vocational colleges.
