彩色多普勒超声对结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤的诊断价值。方法选择2015年7月至2017年7月我院收治的40例结节性甲状腺肿患者(甲状腺肿组)和40例甲状腺腺瘤患者(甲状腺腺瘤组)进行研究,所有患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,比较分析两组患者的检测结果。结果甲状腺腺瘤组患者的单发病灶比例、边界清晰比例、内部回声均匀比例、包膜比例、晕环比例均显著高于甲状腺肿组患者,甲状腺腺瘤组患者的RI、PSVmax以及血流丰富比例均显著高于甲状腺肿组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声对结节性甲状腺肿与甲状腺腺瘤具有显著的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma. Methods 40 cases of patients with nodular goiter （nodular goiter group） and 40 cases of patients with thyroid adenoma （thyroid adenoma group） admitted from July 2015 to July 2017 in our hospital were selected as research objects. All patients received color Doppler ultrasonography examination, and the detection results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The proportions of single lesion, clear boundaries, even internal echo, envelope, and halo of thyroid adenoma group were significantly higher than those of nodular goiter group, and the RI, PSVmax and proportion of abundant blood stream were significantly higher than those of nodular goiter group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography has significant diagnostic value in nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma.
