摘 要:应用微波消解技术,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定红糖中痕量稀土元素的方法,利用加标回收实验验证了方法的准确性。结果表明:在红糖样品所检测的16种痕量稀土元素中各元素的工作曲线相关线性系数R2在0.9995~1.0000,检出限在0.019~0.75μg/kg,方法精密度在0.86%~4.66%,回收率在94.9%~105.3%之间,红糖样品中稀土元素含量较高的元素为Sc、Y、La、Ce、Nd。本方法快速、准确,适用于红糖中痕量稀土元素的测定。A method of determination of trace rare earth elements in brown sugar by microwave digestion and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) was set up, and the accuracy of the method was verified by standard addition method. The method of determination of 16 trace rare earth elements in brown sugar showed that the limits of detection were 0.019~0.75 μg/kg, the method precision was 0.86%~4.66%, the recoveries in spiked samples were 94.9%~105.3%, and the higher content of trace rare earth elements in the brown sugar samples were Sc, Y, La, Ce, Nd. The method was rapid and accurate, which could be used to detect trace rare earth elements in brown sugar.
