摘　　要：针对海洋水文气象对海上作战效能影响的评估问题,采用逼近理想点的多属性决策理论,以舰载机起降决策为例,研究分析了水文气象对海战决策效能的影响。This paper investigates the influence of marine hydrometeorology for marine combat effectiveness assessment,through the multi-attribute decision theory of approximating the ideal point,takes the operation decision of carrier-borne aircraft asan example,analyzes the influence of hydrometeorology for marine operational decision.
