摘 要:对分段式液压机械无级变速器换挡策略进行仿真分析,通过台架试验验证仿真结果的正确性。基于物理参数的换挡策略是:采取较低的发动机转速,较小的负载转矩及主油路油压,较大的调速阀流量。基于换挡时序的换挡策略是:先切换换挡机构离合器,再切换行星排待分离离合器,最后切换行星排待接合离合器。工程换挡控制策略是:根据物理参数,设置相对应的换挡时序。PWM调制根据控制程序,通过查表法,控制离合器的切换。结果表明:通过优化物理参数和换挡时序,可大大提高变速器的换挡品质。A simulation test for the research on the shift strategy of a segmentation hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission was carried out,and the correctness of simulation results was testified by the bench test.The shift strategy based on the physical parameters adopts lower engine speed,smaller load torque and oil pressure of main circuit,and larger flow rate of speed control valves.The shift strategy based on the shift time is that switch the clutches of the shift mechanism at first,then separate a group of clutches of the planetary gear mechanism,engage another group of the clutches of the planetary gear mechanism lastly.Engineering shift control strategy is that set the shift time according to the physical parameters,respectively.PWM modulation mode controls separation and engagement of the clutches by finding in a table.The results showed that the shift quality of transmission can be improved greatly by the optimization of physical parameters and shift time.
