摘  要:目的评估三分钟+任务式教学法对心内科进修生的教学效果。方法选择2013年5月~2017年4月于中国人民解放军总医院心血管内科学习的进修生72例为研究对象,男性32例,女性40例,年龄28~42岁。所有入选者随机分为对照组(36例)和实验组(36例)。对照组以常规方法进行临床教学,实验组在常规教学的基础上增加三分钟+任务式教学。评估两组出科理论、操作及综合考核,同时问卷调查进修生对临床教学的满意度以及非带教医师、护士、患者对进修生的整体评价。结果与对照组比较,实验组出科理论与综合考试成绩明显提高,[(81±16)分vs.(90±18)分],[(79±15)分vs.(91±19)分],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,实验组对教学满意度提高,[(3.2±1.4)分vs.(4.5±1.1)分];非带教人员(医师、护士)对实验组进修生的整体表现评价提高,[(3.0±1.5)分vs.(4.3±1.2)分],[(3.5±1.1)分vs.(4.6±1.4)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三分钟+任务式教学法是一种简洁易行、有效的临床带教方式,值得在临床教学实践中加以推广。Objective To review the teaching effect of 3-min+task teaching method on advanced students practicing in department of cardiology. Methods The advance students (n=72, male 32, female 40 and aged from 28 to 42) studied in the Department of Cardiology of Chinese PLA General Hospital were chosen from May 2013 to Apr. 2017. All students were randomly divided into control group and test group (each n=36). The control group was given clinical teaching with routine teaching method, and test group, additionally with 3-min+task teaching method. The results of theory, manipulation and comprehensive examinations were reviewed in 2 groups, and satisfaction of students’ on clinical teaching and general evaluation of doctors’ and nurses’ without teaching tasks and patients’ on students were surveyed by using questionnaire. Results Compared with control group, the results of theory and comprehensive examinations were significantly increased in test group [(81±16) vs. (90±18)] and [(79±15) vs. (91±19), all P〈0.05]. Compared with control group, satisfaction was higher in test group [(3.2±1.4) vs. (4.5±1.1)], and general evaluation of doctors’ and nurses’ without teaching tasks increased in test group [(3.0±1.5) vs. (4.3±1.2)] and [(3.5±1.1) vs. (4.6±1.4), all P〈0.05]. Conclusion The teaching method of 3-min+task is a simple, feasible and effective method for clinical teaching, which is worth to be popularized in clinical practical teaching.
