摘　　要：商业银行是整个金融市场的重要组成部分,商业银行的稳定发展对整个金融业的发展起着至关重要的作用,而商业银行的健康稳定离不开政府监管。从历年的工作成效中我们可以看到,在多个政府部门的监管下,我国商业银行的经营管理行为比以往更加合理合规。但是通过历年攀升的银行案件发生率以及访谈结果来看,政府对商业银行的监管并非十分有效,在监管的过程中还存在诸多问题。因此,加强和完善银行业的监管工作迫在眉睫。Commercial bank is an important part of the financial market, its stability plays a key role in the whole finance industry. The healthy development of commercial bank demands government supervision. Based on the past works, it＇s known that under multi-government department supervision, the business operation of China commercial bank became more sound and legitimate. Increasing legitimate cases in bank industry and questionnaires tells us that there are still quite a few problems in our supervision and the supervision is not al-ways effective. Thus, it＇s urgent to improve and enhance the supervision to bank industry.
