摘 要:共形3D打印是利用3D打印的方式在紧贴承载曲面上完成共形结构制造的技术。应用3D直写技术和六自由度机械手控制技术,完成共形3D打印平台的搭建。对曲面共形3D打印轨迹路径生成的数据流结构进行分析,论述了轨迹路径的生成方法。以CAM中曲面上轨迹路径的刀位轨迹点信息为媒介,由代码转换程序将机械手系统与CAD/CAM系统连接,根据机械手的控制要求,通过坐标变换和机床旋转角求解,实现从刀具轨迹路径的刀位信息到机械手运动的位置点信息的转换,解决了曲面共形3D打印轨迹路径生成的问题。实验完成了曲面共形结构的较高精度打印,证实了这种轨迹路径生成方法的可行性。Conformal 3 D printing is a technique for manufacturing the conformal structure on the freedom surface of the bearing surface by means of 3 D printing. A conformal 3 D printing platform is established with the 3 D direct writing technology and the manipulator control technology with six-degrees freedom. This paper analyzes the structure of the data stream generated by the conformal 3 D print path on the curved surface,and discusses the generation method of the trajectory path. Tool path information on curved surface in CAM acts as a medium. The manipulator system and CAD/CAM system are connected by the code conversion program. According to the requirements of the manipulator control,the cutter path location information of tool is converted to the operation dynamic position information of manipulator by coordinate transformation and solution of rotating angle of machine tool,so that the problem of conformal 3 D printing tool path generation on freedom surface is solved. The high precision printing of the conformal structure of the curved surface is completed,which proves the feasibility of this method.
