老年晚期卵巢癌患者应用卡铂+紫杉醇的临床效果及对其血清水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析老年晚期卵巢癌患者应用卡铂+紫杉醇的临床效果及对其血清水平的影响。方法选取2016年3月~2017年4月期间,在本院进行治疗的81例老年晚期卵巢癌患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。观察组41例患者应用卡铂+紫杉醇进行化疗,对照组40例患者应用顺铂+紫杉醇进行化疗。对比两组肿瘤转移率、临床效果以及血清水平的变化。结果治疗后,观察组的有效率(78.05%)、疾病控制率(97.56%)较对照组的有效率(55.00%)、疾病控制率(77.50%)明显升高,其肿瘤转移率(12.50%)、糖类抗原125(10.28±3.70)U/ml、癌胚抗原(1.05±0.30)ng/ml和对照组肿瘤转移率(42.50%)、糖类抗原125(34.00±4.40)U/ml、癌胚抗原(5.23±0.50)ng/ml比较明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于老年晚期卵巢癌患者来说,应用卡铂+紫杉醇进行化疗,具有一定的临床效果,可显著降低其血清糖类抗原125、癌胚抗原的水平,抑制肿瘤转移。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carboplatin + paclitaxel in elderly patients with advanced ovarian cancer and its effect on serum levels.Methods Eighty-one elderly patients with advanced ovarian cancer who treated in our hospital from March 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The patients in the observation group(n=41) were treated with carboplatin + paclitaxel chemotherapy,and the patients in the control group(n=40) were treated with cisplatin + paclitaxel chemotherapy.The tumor metastasis rate,clinical effect and the changes of serum levels of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate(78.05%) and disease control rate(97.56%) of the observation group were significantly higher than effective rate(55.00%) and disease control rate(77.50%) of the control group,while the tumor metastasis rate(12.50%),carbohydrate antigen 125(10.28±3.70) U/ml,carcinoembryonic antigen(1.05±0.30) ng/ml of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group [tumor metastasis rate(42.50%),carbohydrate antigen 125(34.00±4.40) U/ml,carcinoembryonic antigen(5.23±0.50) ng/ml],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemotherapy with carboplatin + paclitaxel has certain clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced ovarian cancer,it can significantly reduce the levels of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 and carcinoembryonic antigen,thus inhibiting tumor metastasis.
