麦默通乳腺微创手术中并发症形成的相关因素及防治对策

摘　　要：目的探究麦默通乳腺微创手术中并发症形成的相关因素,并制定出有效的防治对策。方法对本院行麦默通微创手术的143例患者的资料进行回顾性分析,研究并总结出形成该手术并发症的相关因素,并制定出有效的防治措施。结果所有患者均被治愈,但其中18例出现并发症,并发症的发生率为12.58%。结论麦默通乳腺微创手术常见的并发症有术中出血与血肿,进行有针对性的防治对策,能有效提升该手术的安全性。Objective To explore the relative factors of mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery complication,and to develop effective countermeasures.Methods 143 cases of patients who had been on the mammotome minimally invasive surgery were retrospectively analyzed,studies and summarizes the related factors in the forming of the surgical complications,and to develop effective prevention and control measures.Results All the patients were cured,but 18 patients had complications,the incidence of complications was 12.58%.Conclusion Mammotome minimally invasive breast surgery common complications are bleeding and hematoma,for the countermeasure of prevention and cure,can effectively improve the safety of the operation.
