摘　　要：目的:探索沙盘游戏疗法成功干预一例智力落后儿童性行为问题的关键因素。方法:从荣格分析心理学的理论视角,对个案的16次沙盘游戏作品进行分析。结果:个案在沙盘游戏治疗师创设的"自由受保护"的空间里,经历了问题的呈现、展开、深入与转化以及最终问题行为的消除四个阶段后,性能量获得了发展,性情感获得满足,性行为问题得到有效改善。沙盘游戏无意识水平工作和象征性分析的工作原理、母子一体性的治疗关系以及治疗师对移情与反移情的把握,是该个案治愈的关键因素。结论:沙盘游戏疗法对智力落后儿童性行为问题的干预具有独特的优势,可为该特殊群体的问题行为干预提供借鉴和参考。Objective： To explore the key factors of sandplay therapy intervention on a mental retardation child with sex- ual behavior problems. Methods： From the perspective of Jung＇s analytical psychology, this paper analyzed 16 sessions of individual sandplay works. Results： After the problem presentation, expansion, transformation and the removal of problem- atic behaviors, the child＇ s sexual energy gained development, sexual emotion secured satisfaction and sexual behavior im- proved validly with the ＂free and protected space＂ provided by therapist. The key factors curing the case were the principle of the unconscious level work and symbolic analysis of sandplay therapy, the mother-child unity therapeutic relationship, and the therapist＇s handle of transference and countertransference. Conclusion： Sandplay therapy has special advantages on intervening sexual behavior problems mental retardation children, and thus it can provide a reference for intervention on the problematic behaviors of special groups.
